Saith that the above named, John Maclane< no role > was Arrested by the
Sheriff of Middlesex Officer on or about the Sixth day of December
last by Virtue of a writ of Testatum Capias Ad Staisfaciendum at
the Suit of one James Connell< no role > for Seventeen. Pounds or thereabouts
returnable in his Majestys Court of Kings Bench at Westminster
on Monday next after Eight days of Saint Hilary next coming and
on or about the Twenty fourth day of December the said Maclane
was Committed to the Kings Bench Prison upon a Writ of Hebeas
Corpus with the Cause aforesaid where he now remains
