At the general quarter session of the peace of our Lord the King holden
at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in and for the County of Middx
on Monday the Fourth Day of July in the third Year of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the third King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Church Wardens and Overseers of
the poor of the parish of Saint Luke in the County aforesaid and all
other persons concerned Do attend this Court on thursday the Seventh Day of
July instant at nine in the forenoon to hear and abide the judgment and
Determination of this Court touching the within Appeal.
