To the Right Worshipfull his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex at
their General Session of the Peace
Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of South Fleet in the County of Kent .

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order of Removal under the
Hands and Seals of Thomas Smith< no role > and George Garrett< no role > Esqrs.
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum) bearing date the
Eighth day of April last past Mary Stephenson< no role > Wife
of Solomon Stephenson< no role > (a Soldier abroad in his Majesty's
Service) with her Child named John< no role > aged upwards of
Sixteen years were removed from the Parish of Saint
Mary White Chappel in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of South Fleet the said Justices
there by Adjudging that to be the Place of their last
Legal Settlement.

That your Petitioners conceive themselves
Aggreived by the said Order and Judgment of the said
Justices and humbly Appeal there from,

Your Petitioners therefore most
Humbly Pray that your Worships
would be pleased to Appoint someday
