in the County of Middlesex
have exhibitted their Petition and Appeal at this present Session setting

(one where of being of the Quorum) bearing date the Ninth

deceased was
removed from the parish of
Saint Giles in the Fields
in the said County
of Middlesex
to the said parish of
Saint James
within the Liberty of
Westminster
as the place of her last legal Settlement Whereby the Petitio-
-ners conceived themselves to be aggrieved Now upon hearing of the said
Petition and Appeal in the presence and Hearing of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Saint Giles in the Fields
Who consented by their Council to the Allowing of the said appeal It is
Ordered that the said Appeal be and the same is hereby allowed and
the said Order or the said two Justices is hereby vacated and set aside
And it is further Ordered that the Church warden and overseers of the
poor of the said parish of Saint James
within the Liberty of Westminster
do send back and deliver the said poor Woman to the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Saint Giles in the Fields
together
with a Copy of this Order who are hereby required to receive and provide for
her until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due Course
of Law.
