Whereas the Church wardens and Oversers of the poor of the
Parish of Saint James
within the Liberty of Westminster
in
this County have Exhibited their petition and Appeal at this
General Session setting forth that by Virtue of Pass Warrant

Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for
this county (one being of the Quorum) bearing date the First day
of May instant Esther Messenger< no role >
the Wife
of John Messenger< no role >
was removed from the Parish of Hanwell
in the same County
to the said Parish of saint James Westminster
as the Place
of her last Legal Settlement Whereby the Petitioners Conceived
themselves Aggrieved Now Upon hearing the said Petition
and Appeal in the Presence and hearing of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Hanwell
and
their council and having heard what hath been Alledged on
either side by the respective Churchwardens and Overseers
their Council and Witnesses in and Concerning the Premisses
This Court doth Allow the said Appeal and doth Vacate and
Discharge the aforesaid accordingly And it is further
Ordered that the said Poor Woman beforthwith sent back
and Delivered to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Hanwell
together with a Copy of this Order
