To the Worshipfull His Majestys Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex in their Easter Quarter Session
Assembled

The Humble Petition of Stephen Randall< no role > of Hammersmith
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That your Petitioner was Appointed High Constable of
Kensington Division in the Hundred of Osulston at the last
Easter Sessions

That he hath performed the Duties of his Office ever since to
the best of his Ability and should very Chearfully Excute the
same till your Worships, without his application, should please
to nominate another in his stead, But that his further continuance
in the said Office will be very Detrimental to him in his bussiness
which is that of a Butcher as the due performance of the Office
necessarily hinders him in his own Affairs.

That there are several proper Persons for the Service of the said
Office in his stead residing in the said Division who have not
Yet served some of whom are under named for the Approbation of
your Worships

John Randall< no role > of the
Parish of Chelsea Timber Merchant
Thomas Bormly< no role > of the
Parish of Acton Farmer
John Clarke< no role > of the Parish
of Kensington Bricklayer .

That your Petitioner hath settled and cleared his Accounts with
the County Treasurer

Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays that your Worships
will be pleased to discharge him from his said Offices.

And shall ever pray Etc

Stepn. Randall< no role > High Constable
