Who being on Oath says that on Saturday Evening last a she
was driving Mr. Peace of Chancery Lane
and a Lady in a
Charriotte upon the Harrow Road
tower & London, a Person
on Horseback with a Mask on bid him stop, says that he
stopt accordingly, and that the Highway man presented a
Pistol to the Persons in the Charriotte and Demanded
their Money, says that they gave some Money to the said
Highway man but what he does not know, says that
the said Highway man [..] Halt blue off, while he was
Committing the Robbery, and that a Companion who
was with him an Horseback and Masked also, Pickt it
up, says that immediately after the Robbery was Committed
he met a Farmer
on Horseback, whom he to lot of its and
the said Farmer said he wou'd Pursue them, and met off
bull Speed for that purpose, and sage that he heard that
[..] one of the said Highwaymen was presently taken by
said Farmer and an other Thomas Beven< no role >
