Conceiving themselves Aggrieved by the said Order and Judgmt:
of the said Justices do humbly Appeal therefrom,
Your Petitioners therefore most
humbly pray that your Worships would be Pleased to appoint
some day in this Present Sessions And that your Worships will
make an Order that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Hamlet of Hammersmith
and all Parties Concerned
in and about the Premisses may then and there hear and abide
the final Determination of your Worships therein
And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc,
