To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Sessions of the Peace
Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Allhallows
London Wall in the City of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands
and Seals of James Esdaile< no role > and Benjamin Cowley< no role > Esquires
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County of
Middlesex (One being of the Quorum) bearing date the thirteenth
day of November One thousand seven hundred and Sixty two
Susanna Holmes< no role > Single Woman was Removed and
Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Luke in the
County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Allhallows London
Wall as the place of her last Legal Settlement

Your Petitioners Conceiving themselves Agrieved
by the said Order or Pass Warrant of the said two
Justices Do humbly Appeal against the same
and May that the hearing and Determining thereof
May be adjourned to the next General Quarter
Sessions of the Peace to be held in and for the said
County and that the Court will be pleased to Appoint
a day in the said next Sessions In the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Luke and all other Persons concerned
then to Attend to hear and abide the Judgement and
Determination of the then Court touching the said
Appeal

And your Petitioners will ever pray Etc.
