To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex at their General Session
of the Peace held in and for the said County

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the said County of
Middlesex

Sheweth


That by a Pass or order of removal under the hands and
Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for
the County Middlesex (whereof one is of the Quorum)
bearing date the Tenth day of February 1763 Mary
Bayley
< no role > Singlewoman was removed from the Parish
of Saint Giles in the Fields in the said County of Middlesex
to the parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch aforesaid
as the place of her last legal Settlement By which
said pass or order of the said two Justices Your
Petitioners and Appellants apprehend themselves
Aggrieved

Therefore your Petitioners and Appellants pray
that the Court will appoint a day this present
Session for the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of Saint Giles
in the fields and all Persons concerned to attend
And that your Petitioners and Appellants may
be relieved in the premisses as to this Court shall
seem meet

And your Petitioners and Appellants
shall ever pray
