within the Liberty of the Dutchy of Lancaster
in the
Division and County aforesaid Victualler
Doth keep and Maintain
an Irregular and Disorderly House Contrary to the Tenor of the
Recognizance entered into by him and his Suretias at the Time of his
Lycence being Granted to him to Sell Beer ale and other Liquors
to Wit, first by permitting and Suffering playing at Cards in
his House Secondly by Suffering persons to become Drunk in
his said House and Remain there Tipling and Drinking Contrary
to Law and Thirdly by Suffering other Disorders to be Committed
in his said House Contrary to the Laws of this Realm in that
behalf provided and which induces the said

the aforesaid Complaints at the next General Sessions of the
peace to be held at Hicks's Hall
in and for the County of
Middlesex
and shew Cause why his Lycence and Recognizance
should not be for feited pursuant to the Statute Etc. And be
it also Remembred that in the Judgment of me the said
Paul Vailaint the Justice aforesaid he the said

for feited and the Condition Broken Wherefore I the said

Answer the Matter of the said Complaint or Information
