To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in their General [..] Session of
the Peace at Hicks Hall Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Anne
within the Liberty of Westminster in the Said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
hands and Seals of Nicholas Spencer< no role > and Samuel Pierson< no role >
Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City and
Liberty of Westminster (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the 12th day of November last Mary Stonhill< no role > Spinster
was removed from the Parish of St: Margaret in the City of
Westminster to the said Parish of St: Anne as the Place of
her last Legal Settlement Whereby Your Petitioners conceive
themselve to be Aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this Court
against the Adjudication of the said two Justices And
Pray that Your Worships will be pleased to Appoint some
day in this Present Session for the hearing and determining
of the said Appeal And to Order that all Persons
concerned may then Attend
