Which Yearly Allowance was continued to the said
John Ditcher< no role > until Midsummer last who dying soon
afterwards John Harrow< no role > (his Assestant lately before
his decease) hathcontinued to do that service
Therefore this Court to the intent that the said John
Harrow
< no role > may have some Recomsence in relation to the
Premisses Doth Order that the said John Harrow< no role >
shall be allowed and said the like Yearly Sum or
Salary of Four pounds for such his Service & Attendance
he duly performing such Service & attendance as the
said John Ditcher< no role > was accustomed to perform And
that such Yearly Sum or Salary be paid to him by the
Treasure of this County until further Order of the Court
of Sessions of the Peace for this County shall be made
to the Contrary by Quarterly Payments to wit Michaelm [..]
Christmas Lady day & Midsummer the first payment to
be accounted due at Michaelmas last And the
Receipt of the said John Harrow< no role > together with this
Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the sad
Treasure for such Payment.
