an assault.

Yarley Green< no role > of Shoe Lane London Hott Presser maketh
Oath and Saith That Sometime in August or September last he
this Deponent together with one Samuel Lumis< no role > became Bail
for the above Defendant James Ryley< no role > And this Deponent placeing
great Confidence in Defendant was no ways afraid of Defts.
absconding for an Assault But this Deponent in September
Sessions last was Informed Defendn. had left his place and gone
a way having heard as this Deponent beleives An Indictmt. was
found against him by the Prosecutor in this Cause And this Deponent
further Says he Immediately Applyed to the Clerk of the peace
and got a Certificate and Obtaind the Same and upon that got
a Warrant from Justice Welch in Order to Apprehend him and
this Deponent upon his Oath Saith that he together with Mr.
Lumis used their best Endeavours to take the Deft. and went
to every place they Cod. hear of Deft. at after him and was
at a great Expence in so doing to bring him to Justice And this
Deponent further Says that he has lately had Information that
Deft. Works at an Iron Founders in Rotherhithe and this Depont.
Verily believes he shall be able to take the Deft. Ryley before the
next Sessions to be held for the County of Middlesex
