County of Middlesex a true Copy of the appeal and order hereunto
annexed and shewed him at the same time the said orginal appeal and
order, and this Deponent further Saith that he did on the same Day
leave with a Servant of Samuel Toulmin< no role > one of the Overseers of the
poor of the said parish of Saint Martin in the Fields
