for the said County
Who being sevly on Oath say & first this Jus the Stevens
for himself saith that on Thursday last in the afternoon
the Jus discovered his Hat to be stole & upon further Search
his discovered one Cout Three Waitcooles a Pair of shoe
Buckles & a Stoch buckle a Pair of Breeches
& a Shirt
to be ch [..] stole And this Jus Suspectary a Peron were Present who calls
her Penelope Mandeville< no role >
to have stole the same he
caused her to he apprehended & she confessed the taking
the same & the Pawning them with the other Just. and
the Jus Chos King for him els saith that he bought
of the Sd. Penecope a Coal & Waitcook now produced
by him & the Jus Joseph Pacher for himself saith
that he took into Paien of the Sd. Pen Three Burlly
now produced by him and a Pair of Breeches
now.
Produced was taken is by then Jus Master of the Sd.
Pen in the Presence of this Jus. and a Shirt & Hat
which appeare to be taken in by then Jus Master

the above Goods now produced by the other
Jus an him property & stole from him by
