Who being upon Oath says [..] that she knows one Elizabeth
Marshall< no role >
(now in Custody) says that on Thursday Morning
last she saw the said Elizabeth Marshall< no role >
in the House
of Mr. Kenedy in Titchfield Street
aforesaid, says that the said
Marshall then and there took out of her Pocket a Silver
Teaspoon
, which she declared she had brought from
a gentleman
's House where she had been at work
and desired this Informt. to deny her if any Person
enquired for her, say that the said Marshall told this
Informt. that she wou'd carry the things back again
