Twickenham May 26th 1762

This is to Certify that Thos. Simpson< no role > of the Parish of
Twickenham in the County of Middlesex Was taken
May 15 ult. with a Violent fever which in a few days
Brought on a delirium in which disorders I have
attended And Given him Medicines Accordingly
But he is at Present in so weak a Condition
That his attendance on the Court would Endanger
his Life
