Maketh Oath
and Saith that he this Deponent on the Twenty
Eight May instant between the hours of Nine and
Ten O' Clock in the Evening did leave a True Copy
of the Notice hereto Annexed by putting the same
under the Door of Mr Rennetts Chambers at Number
five in Hare Court in the James Temple London
whom this Deponent is Credibly Informed and verily
believes Acts as Sellicitor for the Prosecutors Named
in the said Notice hereto Annexed And this
Deponent further saith that he went this Morning
to Mr. Rennetts chambers And asked his Clerk
whether his Master had received any Notice of
Bail relating to Richards when this Deponent
saw the Copy of the said Notice upon the Desk
And that his Master had not been at Chambers this
Morning or words to that Effect dated 29th
May 1762
