The Information of Mr. John Tyrrell< no role > This name instance is in set 594.
of Windsor Surgeon taken before me this
day of May 1762

Who being upon Oath says that on or about the 8th.. of
April last Mr. George [..] Sibson< no role > came to the Hones of his
Brother Robert [..] sibson< no role > at Windsor to which Place this
Informt. was sent for to the said Geo: Simpson< no role > being Ill
says that he went to the said Mr. Geo: [..] Sibson< no role > who
complained of a Soarness of Month and of an insutable
Thirst, says that thinking him rather feverish he
Blad him and advised him to return home in a
chaise apprehending the Examin of a Horse improper
for his then Complaint, sago that he attended the
said Mr. Simpson from that time to the Time
of his Death which happened on Monday the
2 [..] th.. says that during this attendance one Mrs
Martin Mother-in Law to the said Mr. Sibson [..]
insisted to this Informant in a very extraordinary
manner & in direct opposition to his Opinion that
he was is a Galloping Consumption & must Die
says that the Maid Servt. Am Wright found some
Bread & Butter which appears to have something
of a poisonous Nature upon it in the Room
where the said George Sibson< no role > [..] lay four
day before his Death, on Mrs. Sibson [..] the Wife
of said George [..] saying that she would
be Buried. with her Husband, that she had
taken some posion & that there was more in
the Room says that he heard the said Ann Wright< no role >
