espiely the Region of the Stomach - cannot on his Oath
Say to died by Person - but doth Believe he did not
35die a natural death tho from the putrid State he
can form no Judgent. of what he died. Adds that upon
opening the Stomach it was found greatly inflam'd & the
upper part of it mortefied wch. wait have happen'd in the
deceds lifetime & could not be brot. on by the putrid
State of the Body after, & the inner coal of the Stomach
mach thicken'd.

That he is Bror. to the Deced - that his Bror. came to
England from Halifax in Nova Scotia in the Month of Feb:
last & the first Time he saw him was on the 23d. of the
month in good health that on the 8th of April the deced came
from Longford to Windsor to the Witassner House-he
appeared very ill & the Witness sent for Mr. Tyrrell who
bled him & witness took hin home in a Chaiss for
he was not able to sit on Horsback. That he saw his
Bror. very often afterwds. & he was always complaining of
of inward Pains & lowness of Spirits That on Fryday
the 23d. April last he sat up with his Bror. at Longford
in Cowpa. wth. Mr. Bearbcock, Mrs. Martin, Mrs. Sibson
Mrs Tooth & the Maid Ann. & heard Mrs. Sibson Say if Mr. Sibson Shd.
