abroad with Mrs. Sibson to Halifax in Nova Scotia & Mr.
Sibson then unknown was on board the same ship - this was abt.
3 years since - when they came to Halifax Mr. & Mrs.
Sibson whose Maiden Name was Martin intermarried
last March was 12 Months in a Room at her cercles - that there was always a
good Harmony & Understanding between them & it was
said in the place they were too fond of one anor. - that
there was a Bror - thos. Sibson at Halifax who visited
& was beliv'd by the Husband & wife - that abt. Eight
weeks ago they return'd to England & landed at Bristol
on the Thursday & staid till the Monday when they all
three came in the stage fogr. That when her Master
[..] landed he was fotiqued wth. the Journey &
was Sea Sick but did not complain of any partlar disorder
of no pain in his Bowels - no partlar thirst - no Newbliss
no bad Pymptons but he wd. cough & spit - Says her
Mrs. in America would frequently take Opium to make
her sleep & sometimes in greater quantities; that once
she was taken for dead & Oil was put douse her Throat
by her husband & her Uncle. wch. recovered her. That
she came but last Saturday afternoon - When her Mastr.
saw her & knew her - Says she was not present when
any [..] of Agreemt. was Made abt. the Heart - hath heard
her [..] Say she would have her husband [..] if he died
& if his wd. Blame her for it & lid her hold her Forgne
