did on Monday last the first day of this Session exhibit their Petition and

& to the said parish of Saint
Martin in the Fields as the Place of her last legal Settlement Whereby
the Petitioner thought themselves aggrieved Which Appeal was duly
adjourned until this day Now upon hearing of the same Appeal in
the presence & hearing of the Church wardens & overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields and their Council
and upon due Examination of the Premisses This Court doth allow
the said appeal and the same is hereby allowed according by
And the said Warrant and Adjudication of the said two Justices
is hereby Vacated and set aside And this Court doth order that the
said Poor Woman be sent back & delivered to the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said parish of Saint George Hanover Square
together with a Copy of this Order who are hereby required to relieve
and provide for her until they can free themselves from the Charge
there of by due Course of Law.
