To this Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
County of [..] Middlesex in General Quarter
Session of the peace assembled.

The humble Petition of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of Walton in the
Said County

Sheweth

That the [..] John Foster< no role > Singleman was reme [..]
from the parish of St. George Hanover Square in the Libty
of Westminster in the County of Middx by Warrant under the
Handsand Seals of John Upton< no role > and William Timbrell< no role > Esqr .
two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the County of
Middx afd to the sd parish of Walton in the County of Surry
as the place of his last legal Settlement whereby your
petitioners apprehend themselves to be aggreived be
not being now ready with their Witness to have the
Merits of the said Appeal fully heard and determined

Therefore your Petitioners pray this Court
will be pleased to receive the [..] an Appeal
against the Said Order and respit the Same
to the next General Session of the peace to
be holden in & for the Said County of Middx
