So the Worshipful His Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter
Session of the Peace Assembled

She Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. Martin in
the Fields within the Liberty of
Westminster and County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of John Upton< no role > and
William Timbrell< no role > Esqr two of his Majesties Justices
of the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westmr
in the County of Middlesex bearing date the
30th. day of December 1761 Sarah Gearing< no role >
Middx was Removed from the Parish of
Saint George Hanover Square within the
Liberty of westmr and County of Middlesex to the Parish
of Saint Martin in the Fields within the said
Liberty and County as the place of her last
legal Settlement, Whereby Your Petitioners
think themselves aggrieved and Appeal to
this Court against the same

Your Petis. therefore humbly pray
that this Court will be pleased to
appoint a day in this present Session
for the Hearing and Determining the
said Appeal and that all parties
concerned may then attend

And Your Petrs. will ever Pray Etc.
