WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto
Us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the City and Liberty of Westminster
aforefaid (One whereof being of the Quarum) by the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
Parish of St. George Hanover Square
That John Foster< no role > , Singleman
hath
lately intruded, and come into the said Parish of
St. George Hanover Square
and is become Chargeable to the same,
We the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said John Foster< no role > to be
in the Parish of Walton in the
County of Surry

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to
require you, on Sight here of, to remove and
convey the said John Foster< no role >
from and out of your said Parish of St.George
Hanover Square
to the said Parish of Walton
and him deliver unto the Church-wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some, or One of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy here of,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
him according to Law. Given under Our
Hands and Seals this 23d Day of December 1761
