At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the
King holden, for the County of Middlesex at Hicks
Hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid by
Adjournment on Thursday the Tenth Day of December
1761. in the Second Year of the Reign of King George
the Third.

It is Ordered that Mr John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this
County do pay to Mr. Robert Allen< no role > the Sum two pounds
Nineteen Shillings and eleven pence in full of his Bill for
Painters Work done at New Prison and the house of Correction
at Clerkenwell in this County And that the Receipt of the
said Mr. Allen together together with this Order Shall be a Sufficient
discharge to the said Treasurer for such Payment.

Waller.

Reced Dec 19th 1761 of the sd Mr Higgs the above Sum of
Two pounds nineteen Shillings & Eleven pence pursuant
to above mentioned order by me
