Premises Forasmuch as it appeareth to this Court that the
said Child was born in the Parish of St. Ann and was removed
and taken from the said Ann her Mother (then and Now
living) this Court is of Opinion that the said Child being
under the Age of Seven Years ought not to have been
so removed And therefore it is Ordered by this Court
that the said Warrant and Adjudication of the said two
Justices be quashed and Vacated and the same is hereby
quashed and Vacated Accordingly.
