of Morris beating & abusing of her That the deced
told her That since when Morris was beating of her, his
Mother said Damn her a Bitch Stamp up her, kill her,
Murther her, That Morris was once at the Room where
Betty Work'd the day after the beating & the deced told
Morris he was the cause of her death but Morris said
nothing abt. the charge but desired her to Go & Drink a
Pint of Bear at the two Sugar Loaves wch. they did. That
the deced when she complain'd of being beat She appear'd
big with Child & within two or three days afterwords
miscarried at her Lodgings at Mrs. Sprigs' [..]
[..] The Witness don't know this, but says the deced
told her so

beating & that the deced told her that she believ'd Morris
had given her, her deaths Wound, & that it was her constant
Cry, & that she would lay her death at his door, That he
stamp'd upon her & forced the Blood from her both upwds.
& downwardsThat she strip'd herself to the Witness
& she w'd her left side & left hip & there appear'd to her
two Bruises abt. the bigness of the Palm of the Hand &
look'd or if done with the heal of a Mans ShoeThat
she every day grew worse [..] & worse & cd. not work for her
Bread & Morris now & then supplied her with [..]
of half pence to pay for her Lodging & Bread & when she
was so bad wh. come & see her & the deced in his
Prsence wh. Say You Rogue, you Villain you are the cause
