Take Notice that I will Personally be and Appear at
the next General Session of the Peace to be holden at Hicks
Hall in St. John Street in & for the County of Middx On Tuesday
the 5th. day of May next at Eight of the Clock in the forenoon of
the same Day and will then & there Plead Not Guilty to the
abovementioned Indictment And will at the sametime Try my
Traverse upon the same Dated this 29th. Day of April 1761
