At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the
King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks
Hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid
Tuesday the 5th.day of May in the first year
of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third
King of Great Britain etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. James
within the Liberty of Westminster in this County have
Notice of this appeal and that they and all persons
Concerned do attend this Court on Thursday next at
Ten of the Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide
the Judgment and Determination of the same Court
touching the said Appeal
