The Information of Judith Bird< no role > & Ann Bennet< no role >
taken before our of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the sd. County.

Who being on Oath say & first this Jus Judith Bird< no role >
for herself saith That about a week ago this Jus
had stole from her husband Two Gown & a Bed Gown
and other things and the Jus further saith that she had
a Search warrt. for to Search the Shop of the other [..]
where she found three Gowns now produced by the other Int. which is the property of
this Jus Husband & stole as afsd. And this Jus Ann
Bennet
< no role > for herself saith that on Saturday last
she bought of a Person now Present who Calls
himself John Keen< no role > three Gowns now Produced
by then Jus and then [..] Judith Bird< no role > for herself
saith that she well rembers that on the Day
the sd. Gowns was stole the sd. John Keen< no role >
was at her House whereby she verily but that
he stole the sd. Gowns & no other Person.
