a Blow I will not take from any one, I live in Scotland
Yard and insist on your fighting MeMr. Brice said
you may live where You please for I never shall call
upon You, Capt. Jasper said By G'd if you dont meet
me or call upon me I will certainly put you to Death
where ever I see you, and then said Will you meet
me to Morrow Morning, Mr. Brice said No I will
neither call on you nor meet You, if you will fight
me You shall seek me, I hope to Morrow you will
think yourself in the wrong and will wish You Good
Night. Depont. went to Capt, Jaspar and beg'd he
would go home upon which he immediately went into
a Chair which was brought to the DoorMr. Brice
then wish'd Deponent a good night and went out of the
House

where Capt. Jasper lodg'd on her Oath says that Capt
Jaspar came home to his Lodging's about a quarter after 3
o'Clock in the Morning of Sunday the 10th, day of May Inst.
