Taken before me this 21st. day
of April 1761.
Who being on Oath says that on Wednesday the 8th
of April Instant in the Afternoon three Person came
to his House in Order to hirethenTwo Horses, says that
one of the said Persons called his Name Wayne, whose
Mother he knows very well, says that on his Credit
he lent them two Horses, one a brown Bag the
other a Roan, says that the said two Horses as
he was informed and verily believes was brought
home the same Evening, after 11 O'Clock, says that
he believes a Person now present who calls
himself Ralph Wayne< no role >
to be the said Wayne who
hired the Horses as aforesaid Wm-Bullcock< no role >
