This Eaxamt. having heard the Information of Richd.Loverder< no role >
Read for him self saith that he lodges with
the Jus Loveder and that the sd. Loveder put this Ex. Coal
into the Closet in the Room on Monday sevenight and
this Ext. about Two hours after wanting his Coal and the
said Loverder being then out this Exs. opened the Closet
Door with a Pair of Sugars and fastned the lock
afterwards therewith but the Exf. absolutly denyes
taking away a Pair of buckles from the Waistcoote
of the sd. Loveder herReadand this Exas. ever know he
had such buckles untill he complained he had
had them stole.
