Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex by Adjournment at
Hick'ss Hall in Saint John Street in the said County on
Monday the firstTuesday the Second day of December in the First year of
the Reign of our Soveriegn Lord George the third by the
Grace of God of Great Britain france and Ireland
King defender of the Faiths and so forth and in the year
of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St: Giles in the
Fields In the Liberty of Westminster in this County have
Notice of this Petition and Appeal and that they & all
persons concerned do attend this Court on Thursday
next at Ten of the Clock in the forenoon to hear & abide
the Judgment and Determination of this Court touching
the said Appeal
