the Seventh day of December in the Thirty third Year of the Reign of
the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second King of Great Britain
Etc Before Thomas Lane< no role > Francis Bedwell< no role > Bartholomew Hammond< no role > and
John Derbyshire Birkhead< no role > Esquires and others their Fellows Justices
of our said Lord the King Assigned to keep the Peace in the County
aforesaid and also to hear and Determine divers Felonies Trespasses
and other Misdeeds Committed in the same County.

Upon hearing the Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Yalding in the County of Kent against the Order
of removal of Elizabeth Read< no role > Widow from the Precinct of Saint Catherine
in the County of Middlesex (which Appeal was Exhibited at the last
General Quarter Session of the peace holden for the said County of
Middlesex by Adjourment on Monday the third day of December
instant and appointed to be heard on this day) And after hearing what
hath been Alledged as well on the part of the said Appellants as by and
on the Part of the Respondents concerning the Premisses It is thereupon
Ordered that the final Determination of the Matters of the said Appeal
do Stand over unto the next Session of the Peace to be held for this
County without Prejudice to the said Respondents And the same is
hereby Adjourned Accordingly.
