This Informant being on Oath says That he went this Day about
four o' Clock in the Afternoon from the Sun in Russel Street
Court
Garden to the King's Head
in Drury Lane
, at the Door of which House
he saw a Person now present who calls himself Patrick Macartey< no role >
and one William Talbot< no role >
, one of the Marshalsea Court Officers
Says that he apprehended at that Time that the said Macartey was
in this Custody of the said Talbot. Says that Soon after the said
Macartey and the said Talbot went together into the said King's Head
Says that they had not been in the said King's Head
many Minuts
before he saw the said Macartey draw a Knife
, now produced, and slab
the said Talbot in the side, of which would he languished a few
Minutes and died.
