Gentleman maketh Oath that he this Deponent was
present and did we the within named Cornelius Dolling< no role >
the prosecutor sign Seal and Duly Execute the within
written Release unto the within named John Masters< no role >
& William Inwood the Defendants And this Deponent
further saith that the name Wm. Wattson subscribed
as a Witness to the said Release is the proper hand
writing of him this Deponent
