Take Notice that I will appear at the Session of Oyer &
Terminer to be holden at Hicks Hall in Saint John
street in & for the County of Middlesex by Adjournment
on Wednesday the tenth day of this instant September
at ten o' the Clock in the fore-Noon of the same day
And will then and there Plead not Guilty and at the
same time take my Tryal upon the Indictment by
you presented against me for keeping an ill governed
& disorderly house Dated this 8th. day of September
