Take Notice that I will appear at the next General
Session of the peace to be holden for the County of Middlesex
on Tuesday next the ninth Instant at twelve of ye Clock at Hicks Hall in Saint
John Street in the said County and then and there plead, Not
Guilty to the Indictment you have preferred against me for
the above Offence and at the same time try my Traverse to
the same Indictment Dated this Sixth Day of September
in the Year of our Lord 1760.
