Aldgate in the County of Middlesex Spinster and Thomas Ford< no role > of Coleman
street Buildings London Gentleman Sollicitor for the prosecutors in the
above Prosecutions severally make Oath and say and first the said Maria
Stockton< no role > saith that last Saturday night between the Hours of nine and
ten she received the annexed Notices at her Fathers house in Burr street
aforesaid and that the next day she sent them to the said Thomas Ford< no role >
who was concerned as Attorney for the said prosecutors And the said Thomas
Ford< no role > saith that since the Receipt of the said Notice he has not had
time to examine and Subpona the Witnesses, prepare the Briefs and
make the necessary preparations for Trial for this Day
