John Hodgson< no role > taken before me one of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the sd Couinty.

Who being upon Oath severally say & first the Jus
Elizt. Gardner for herself saith that about a Week as
this Jus discovered to have been stole from her&
hopkins a Table Cloth & a silk sack & Coat & this Jus
suspecting Elizth Hall her Maid to have stole the same she charged
her therewith & the then Confessed the taking our & diverce other sheire
she had gave or to a person now Present who calls
herself Sarah grant< no role > and this Jus Rob Hull< no role > for himself
saith that he too & into pawn of the said Sarah ata sundry
times [..] d 8 Napkins 2 Table Cloths & sack & Coat in his
she Pawned with this Jus in the named of Sarah Barnet< no role >
and this Jus John Hodgson< no role > for himself saith that he
took into Pawn of the sd. Sarah grant< no role > a Damark Table
Cloth which she left with the Jus in the Name of
Mary Power< no role > and this Jus Elizth. Gradner for
herself saith that the aforesaid things now
Produced by the other Jus are her Property and
as she verily bels stole from her by the sd Elizth.
