the Treasure of this County do Pay to her the said Mary
Fox< no role > a Poor Person (who appeared here on her Recognizance
to give Evidence against Thomas Harper< no role > for Felony) the
Sum of ten Shillings and six pence for her Expences and
loss of time according to the form of the Statute in that case
made and Provide

Thos: Benson< no role > Clock of
the Arraignments for the County of
Middlesex .

24th: day of May 1760 Reced of Mr: Higgs the sum of Ten Shillings
