Petitioners It is Ordered that the Benefit of their Appeal aforesaid
be saved unto them and that the hearing and final Determination
of the same be, and is hereby adjourned unto Wednesday the Twenty
Seventh day of February now next ensueing (being the third day of,

of the Clock of the Forenoon at Hicks Hall
