We whose Names are hereunto Subscribed Two of the
present Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint George
Hanover Square within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of
Middlesex Do hereby Consent That the Recognizance wherein
George Roberts< no role > was bound the Nineteenth day of December
1759 before William Timbrell< no role > Esquire one of His Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex to appear at
the their next General Quarter Session of the peace to be holden
for the said County at Hicks's Hall in St. John Street (to answer
the Complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of St. George Hanover Square for begetting
Caroline Henry< no role > with Child of a Male Bastard Child born
therein and Baptized George< no role > ) May be Discharged thesaid
Surety John Braughton having given his Note for Four
Pounds four Shillings payable in Three years which is
hereby Knowledged and is in part of Satisfaction for
the Charges the said Parish hath already and shall
hereafter be put unto Dated this 19th. Day of February
1760
