for the said County.
Who being severally on Oath say and first this Inf. Willm
Perritt< no role >
for himself saith that about Seven or Eight weeks
ago the Inf. [..] missed a small Case of Silver drawing
Instruments and on Wednesday last this Inf. Mised another
Case of Brass Instruments and this Inf. suspecting a Person
now Present who calls himself John Newman< no role >
to have stole
the same he chased him there with and thereon he confessed
[..] that he had sold the Silver Instr. to the other
Insd Roark And this Inf Robt. Austin< no role >
for himself saith
that when Just took the sd. Jno he sent his wife up stairs
for a Case of Brass Instrumt which he delivered to this
Inf which sd. Case of Inst. is now produced by this Inf.
And this Inf Patrick Roark< no role >
for him self saith that about
Seven Weeks ago a Person now present who calls himself
Jno Newman< no role >
(as he verily bels.) brought some peices of
Silver to this Inf. to buy which sd. Peices of Silver had
been the past of a Case of Instrumts. And this Inf further
saith that he hath since sold the same with other broken
silver And this Inf Wm Perrit< no role >
for himself saith that the
sd Case of Inst. now produced by the other Inf. Austin are
the property of this Inf & stole from him as assd.
