The Information of Thomas Biffin< no role > taken before
me one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for
the said County.

Who being upon Oath saith That a Person now Present who-
calls herself Mary Cooper< no role > came to her with this Inf as-
a Maid Servant and this Inf this Day missed a Peice
of Foreign Gold of the Value of Thirty Six Shillings and a Book and-
the sd. Mary went away from the service of this Inf.-
Yesterday without his knowledge or Consent he there from
suspected she had stole the sd. Peice of Coin and Book &
hearned her to be apprehended and then found the
said Book in her pocket and the sd Mary then confessed
the taken the sd. Peice of Money & had laid five Shillg' of
it out in Earings & had took the rest
