To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of
the Peace Assembled at the General Quarter Sessions
of the Peace at Hicks Hall in and for the
County of Middlesex

The humble Petion and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Buckland in the County of Berks .

Sheweth


That by Virtue of and Order under
the hands and Seals of John Upton< no role > and William
Timbrell
< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the Liberty of Westminster dated the
25th. day of May last John Mills< no role > Mary< no role > his Wife and
their three Children (Vizt.) Mary< no role > aged four Years
Elizabeth< no role > Aged upwards of two Years and William< no role >
Aged about a Year [..] were removed
from the Parish of St. George Hanover Square in the
said Liberty of Westminster to the said Parish of
Buckland by which Order Your Petitioners Apprehend
the said Parish of Buckland are agreived

Your Petitrs. therefore humbly Pray
that your Worships will be pleased to
Appoint a day for the hearing of their
said appeal And your Petitioners shall
ever pray Etc.
