WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto
Us, to of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the Liberty of Westminster
aforesaid (One whereof being of the Quorum) by the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
St. George Hanover Square
That John Mills< no role > , Mary< no role > his Wife, and
their three Children (Vizt.) Mary< no role > aged four
years, Elizabeth< no role > aged upwards of two years
and William< no role > aged about a Year, hath
lately intruded, and come into the said Parish of St.
George Hanover Square
and are become Chargeable to same,
We the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the place of the
last legal Settlement of the said John Mills< no role > , Mary
his Wife and their said three Children, to
be in the Parish of Buckland in the
County of Berks

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to
require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the said John Mills< no role > , Mary< no role > his wife
and their said three Children
from and out of your said Parish of St. George Hanover
Square
to the said Parish of Buckland

and them deliver unto the Church-wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some, or One of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
them according to Law. Given under Our
Hands and Seals this 24th. Day of May 1758.
